This packaging for a series of house number tiles is both environmentally stable and contemporary. Designed by House Industries for their own range of tiles it serves a an example of how packaging can be minimised yet still have a bold visual effect.

The amazing thing about this is that it not only mimics the product inside, it does it via only 2 colours reducing the printing machinery needed. It also isn’t tailored to specific numbers, the identification of the product details is written on the side afterwards by hand. By reducing the different versions of packaging needed it can therefore reduce waste material and save the company money.

They have also applied the same theory and design in a different colour scheme to the other range of tiles which features a different font.
