This bare ware by Aurelein Barby is a great example of keeping in theme with the target usage. The designer has kept the cork theme throughout which fits in well with their barware. The design overall is very minimalistic keeping to circular forms throughout.

The cork also has an additional benefit since when wet, as most things tend to get at some point in bar usage, the cork retains it’s grip and therefore easy to use. The only downside to this however is that cork can be lacking in the durability and would decrease product life cycle compared to a rubber grip (although that wouldn’t be as sustainable).
